What is it?

A custom built application that helps manage field operations such as maintenance, installations, equipment repair, and others. It can be used work orders requiring a single multiple technicians, as well as various durations (from hours to days).
The application is fully integrated with your existing systems such as ERP, HR, Inventory, etc., and is custom built around your workflows, improving efficiency exponentially. There are no license fees regardless of number or users and you own the intellectual property of the application.  

How Does it Work?

1. Tailored Fit: We capture your unique requirements and identify the workflows and modules the application will have.

2. Dispatch: A common module, where your team can see all incoming requests, their status (scheduled, pending, complete, etc.), see available technicians, and assign them to jobs, manage customer quotes, see a map view of jobs and technicians.

3. Service Requests (SRs): This module contains a list of all existing SRs and allows for their management. It can be integrated with any existing systems where data resides or be a standalone one. SR can be filtered by various criteria such as date, customer name, technician, status, PO#, SR#, etc.
The SR details screen includes details such as customer info, equipment info, service history, any notes, attachments (documents, videos, images), time logs, history of parts used and per-diem expenses. It also shows any customer signatures, if captured.

4. Scheduler:  A calendar view of all jobs, the assigned technicians, duration, planned start and end dates, any notes or comments, color-coded job status, etc.

5. Reports: Interactive reports that are customized to your needs. Sample reports include technicians' productivity, incomplete/complete SRs, forecasted revenue, average response/job completion time, etc.

6. Technician Mobile App: It helps improve technicians' efficiency with features such as: view assigned SRs, customer details, service history, attachments, etc., add time with labor codes, search/add/order parts (including on truck inventory), add expenses, capture and attach images, complete checklists, generate service reports with an AI assistant, etc.
