Background

Our client is a real estate financing company that is on a mission to help small business owners buy instead of lease their places of business. It has received over $100M in funding, backed by A-list investors and on a mission to change the commercial real estate industry. The company faced challenges with low conversion rates, high drop-off rates, and high marketing costs, which substantially impacted growth.

What We Did

Our team of experts used new and existing data to conduct usability research and implemented a data-driven framework to identify "friction points" within the product. Based on the findings, we re-engineered the user onboarding flow, implemented changes to the value-proposition statements, conducted a page overhaul for the Home and internal pages, as well as created interactive features that helped drive conversions.
